Ordered delivery from Uber Eats it took an hour and a half and the food was cold so it says something about the restaurant that it gets five stars for me I've never ever had a meal that got called and had to be reheated at home that tasted that great.
First of all they seem to understand that takeout containers are not the same as a doggy bag. Food that must be delivered before it can be eaten typically become soggy because condensation causes moisture to build up on the top of the container where the steam cools condensers and drips down onto the food the containers here are just slightly absorbent and it removes the ability for that steam to become water dripped on the food. This is high school science any restaurant should be able to do this. The Belgian waffle was crisp and delicious I reheated it for about 15 seconds in the toaster oven. Granted my over easy eggs were overwhelmed by the time I reheated them in a pan but they were still quality and fresh and tasty and the bacon all my goodness this whole place must be the paragon of bacon cooking. Again I'm not much of a fan most of the time but this bacon is so good and I didn't even get their fancy bacon I just got the basic four slices of smoked bacon. The one drawback was on the menu that I saw I thought I was ordering hot black coffee when I got was iced coffee with cream and sugar mixed in, Very pale but again that may have been my mistake. My only recommendation to the management would be that they make sure that a driver is available before they begin to cook food I understand how delivery drivers work and what they have to do and why they don't want to wait but if they can't be on time it's going to destroy your reputation because your food is so amazing it was a shame to see it have a potential for disaster.
Someday soon I'm going to try to eat inside and see how the experience compares.
