We just had the worst customer service in our life time . We visited " famous Philly's Cheessteak this evening around 8:30 pm . We asked what time they close and if we can dine in . The cashier said yes as long we eat before 9 . We ordered our sandwiches and we picked a table to sit down to have our meal . While we were waiting , the cashier and a guy what seem to be the manager were fooling around . The manger grab her behind at some point. We just ignored their behavior and waited for our food to be served. The cashier handed us the sandwiches at our table and we thanked her . We started eating our sandwiches when she came back at 8:50 pm and asked us to hurry . At that point we just had enough horrible customer service , we left our food at the table and asked for the owner , we were told he is not there tonight , then we asked for our money back , which they refused to give back . We were never told not to eat our sandwiches in the dinning , infact we were told were to sit . I don't understand any restaurant be in business with this horrible customer service. Stay away from them . They don't appreciate you. If they treat you upfront this way . God knows what they put in your food at the kitchen.
