Just a note to vent. I have been here twice before with a big group and had an amazing experience! Today, I placed an order at 6:12 pm and got a call at 6:40 pm to pick. I drove 15 minutes to the place and when I arrived, I informed them that I am there to pick up my order. This girl told another girl on the table who was eating that she'll take care of me. 10 minutes passed, nothing. They just looked at me. I asked again. The girl said Ashley will take care of you. I waited again. Irritated. There were 6 girls there approximately carrying the register to pay. Nobody paid attention until the guy said, lets take care of you. What the heck! This time a girl checked my order on the counter and picked it up gave it to me. I told her I'm paying. She let me hold on again. Then when she came back, I handled her my cc and she ram it. I asked her how much is my food. She told me I dont know, I cannot go back. I told her I want to know how much my bill is! Why in the hell you automatically added 20% of tip knowing the service you'll provided for me? She didn't even give me my receipt. Im so frustrated. My crawfish is 5 lbs turned to be 4.4 lbs with no butter and lemons...which have been nice...My two meat plate is ok. I don't ro go back again.
