Me and my husband went for our 10 year anniversary we are from LA I had got the 12 Oz ribeye my husband got the blackened reddish and we got the oysters for appetizers our whole meal was nasty the oysters smelt bad my steak was so tuff I could not eat it my husband's fish was even tuff and chewy our was $91.00 and had to go to whatabuger

Usually we do like Floyd's, but last night I was very disappointed.

I ordered Red Fish Pontchartrain, well I received my redfish but they forgot the sauce, ended up having to wait so long for the sauce that my fish ended up getting cold! When I finally got the sauce and started to eat, my fish was way over cooked and cold!

I normally don't complain so I ended up eating a few bites and couldn't finish the rest.

The food and service was excellent! Can't wait to come back. When my boyfriend left I had forgotten my leftover Gumbo on the table,I came back in to get it and they had already cleared the table. They were so sweet, they went back and brought me more Gumbo and Extra Garlic Bread to go with it. Thank you for going that extra mile. Y'all are awesome

Horrible experience. A server named Easton took out an extra tip from my moms debit card. We already left him a cash tip. I talked to the management and yet he's still working there. Please be aware and check your bank statements. I will not be going back there. Manager Frank didn't seem to care.
