I love their smoothies! I've recently been diagnosed with gluten and dairy allergies. All of their items are gluten free. They offer almond milk or soy milk as substitutes, and I substitute the protein blend for the vegan blend. Since I can't have milk shakes (very costly by the time I get all the ingredients and it doesn't taste nearly as good) I like the peanut butter power plus with chocolate, it taste like a treat but yet is a meal replacement!
