I have been there twice, once in March and again tonight, which will be my last visit. I recently moved back to the area and I eat a lot of pizza, so I was looking for a decent one close by. This area has almost none. The first time I thought it was pretty good but overpriced; in Baltimore, Seasons Pizza makes a better-tasting one and a 16" costs half of what this place charges. But I was hungry so I thought I'd give it a second shot. This time I opened the 16" box when I got home to find a 14" pizza inside. I measured it. I'd ordered and paid for a 16". So I called, got the same kid who greeted me when I went in. I asked what size pizzas they have and he said "12 inch, an 11inch cauliflower crust, and 16inch, but we're out of 16 inch right now."
I asked if that's why he gave me a 14" and charged me 16", and he immediately backpedaled, tried to pretend he hadn't said that. Then he claimed it had shrunk during cooking... at that point I asked for the manager. He flew into a juvenile snit, swore he was the manager, that he was "50 years old... and you better stop disrespecting me!" and hung up.
