Rude employees. Everytime I order food, the man complains. There's always rap music playing loudly when I pull up. They ignore you and seem inconvenienced by questions

I've waited a long time to post this. I wanted to see if things change. They haven't.
Rude customer service. Inconsistencies in their coffee. The owner lies to customers. They don't sell black rifle coffee, I've seen them hand bags of starbucks coffee through their window. They also don't sell cold brew. I asked for cold brew and a girl working said they don't sell cold brew, they sell iced coffee and tell customers it's cold brew. At least SHE was honest.
The tall guy with glasses often cusses when I order a sandwich. On days I don't order food, he doesn't cuss about it. Sorry for bringing you business. Also, I've seen this man handle food with no gloves. That's not okay ever but especially not during a pandemic.
They talk poorly of customers (maybe make sure someone isn't being helped at the other window before talking crap).
Everytime I've gone through, I've seen the girls working busting their butts, but the 2 guys usually don't do anything. They're usually on their phones. Also, why are there CHILDREN in the kitchen of a coffee shop? That seems very unsafe. I understand that things are weird right now, but I've seen the girls working almost fall over the little girl multiple times. They also don't know anything about coffee. I've ordered a cappuccino and been given a latte. Literally no foam.
There was a man who worked there, I'm not sure if he still does, but I've seen him cough over coffee and not cover his mouth.
The people working will wear a mask when taking your order but remove it when making your food or drink. Yes, I'd LOVE for you to breathe all over my stuff during a Pandemic.
Overall, easily one of the worst coffee shops I've ever been to. It's inconsistent, unclean, unsafe (children) and awful customer service.

Nothing special. Rude customer service from the guys who work. The girls are friendly. But the guys are kinda rude. The one with all the tattoos seems overly fake. I've been ignored at the window multiple times
