Ordered a pizza, tipped almost 1/4 of the pizza price. Then waited over 30 minutes past the given delivery time. When I called for an update, guy on the phone couldn't find the pizza there, nor confirm it was out for delivery. After almost 10 minutes, he asked if I ordered from the right location. When I started describing the pizza ordered, he was able to complete the description of the order. If he could do that, then how would I have ordered from the wrong location? If he could do that, why couldn't he verify where the pizza was? This is now past 7PM, place closes at 9, but..."if you don't get the pizza, call back and we will remake it and send it out". If I don't get the pizza by WHEN....no time frame was specified. So, if I don't get the pizza tonight, call you tomorrow when you open for business again? If I don't get the pizza by 8PM, hope that you can make the pizza and deliver it before you close when most of your delivery times range well over an hour? Flagging this as a fraudulent charge with my bank, not ordering from here again. Food is great, service has gone downhill. I spent more time on the phone trying to get an answer than I did writing this review.
