I have been to this restaurant 2 times in Poughkeepsie and 3 times in Redhook. Tonight I had the prime sirloin steak with the blue cheese topping which was a sauce. The steak is one of the toughest I have ever had! It was tough to cut let alone chew! I was very disappointed as the steak was $31.00. I had an inexperienced waitress which was a bit challenging. I did not send steak back because I already did once for it was overcooked and had onions on it which I requested not to have. The eggplant stack was delicious and also the breadsticks. Green beans had no taste and baked potatoe came without butter or sour cream. I asked and butter was all they had. All other times my meal was fine but not tonight! Beware of the prime steaks!
