We always had a good time at earls Resturant . But last night we got surprised when we took our bill. They charged us for hot water and small piece of lemon 2.50$ . We always order hot water and lemon in restaurants but we never charged. It is complementary. When we complain they just said sorry . Sorry . 2.50$ for a glass of hot water ?????? It is not fair.

Forever advertising take out and NEVER coming through. If you can't provide a service TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE - why make your clients go through that nightmare of your online portal?? Guess your good for customers . . . hope it last.
