The reason I go to Wendy's because they food is always fresh and hot. Not in saraland. EVERY single time I go there it's cold. I don't like complaining about food because today people are dirty and will spit in your drink. So tonight there's nobody in drive through. I place an order for a biggie bag with Jr bacon cheese burger no lettuce or tomato. They said they were out of Coke, root beer and dr pepper so I ordered a sprite. I ask will you please make sure the food is hot because it's been cold e every single time I come there. I am the only customer. I got home opened the bag the sandwich is cold and has lettuce and tomato on it when I asked them not to put it on. Bacon was burnt sandwich so cold I lift up the cheese it was cold. Then the sprite was just carbonated water. This is my last time. I am not going to continue to spend my hard earned money with these people when they don't even care to fix your food properly. Goodbye Wendy's I am done!
