What about dinner tonight at The Olive, my wife asked, sure i said, Monday night can't be all that busy. Wow! It was busy with activity! Families obviously coming to eat after work, tables with couples in an intimate setting, everybody there to have a good time and eat- even a baby shower tonight with about 25 people. How could a small restaurant open about 2 1/2 years ago right before the pandemic, in a very, very local neighborhood, do so well?
I know. Small enough to get personalized attention from the manager and staff, yet large enough that you generally can find a table during the week (maybe) and great food.
Almost always two or three people waiting by the bench in front of the cash register for a takeout meal.
My guess is, the locals would prefer this restaurant remain a local secret. A favorite of ours for sure!
