This restaurant is a MUST!! It is one of the top two restaurants in Blairsville, in my opinion. There are a couple of other Cuban restaurants in the area and I have eaten at them also but they don't even come close to being as good! Now that I have found Lala's I won't eat at the others. The Cuban sandwiches are TO DIE FOR...the best Cuban sandwich I have eaten anywhere. The dish called: POLLO CON ZETAS EN CREMA BLANCA is so delicious!! I've never had a dish like this at any restaurant I've ever been to. It's a chicken breast with mushrooms in a cream sauce with rice and black beans....fabulous!! In addition to the great food, this family owned restaurant is so welcoming and warm that you will feel like you are visiting a relative that you are very fond of. Lissy ("Lee'-see") and her husband, the chef, are the owners. He's a wonderful chef and Lissy is so very friendly, talking to all of her customers. Keep in mind, this is not fast food. It is a dining EXPERIENCE...so expect to spend some time there savoring your food! Don't miss this place.....it's GREAT!!
