I don't normally comment on these things but I was in this place this past week and there are nothing but disrespectful hoodlums running the show. Tall guy shouting swear words at two different workers. Calls himself a shift leader. If that is the best you have for an employee, you won't have a business at all. There were kids in there. Thought this place was kid friendly? Would never take my youngest kids in this place when you have management acting like a rabid animal.

Me and my daughter went to Jersey MIke's for lunch she had been there before this was my first and last time. When we went to place our order the counter was full of sub rolls cut and placed like jenga pieces tops here bottoms there. The employee couldn't even keep the orders he already had correct and asked to take our order. Why not have a POS system (Point of Sale) where you type in the customer's orders and have the paper in front of you instead of asking over and over again what you want. Then he stopped with our order as soon as the next customer came in and asked what they wanted. Excuse me, finish our order that you can't remember before moving on to the next order. It seemed like he was wiping down the counter with as much as he moved the bread around. Now lets get to the sub finally he used the same slicer to cut the meat and cheese that's disgusting and I'm sure cross contamination!!!!! Used a serrated knife and was cutting on stainless steel everyone knows you don't do that. Once my sub was done I sat down and waited for them to cash my daughter out. Not only was my 6 inch sub disgusting it was over $9.00 and very greasy and I did not have any oil or "juice" on it. My daughter kept looking around thinking we were on an episode of Undercover Boss I said more like Kitchen Nightmare's!!!!!
