My friend & I went to your coffee shop today as we have many times . I ordered lg Carmel frappe with lots of extra Carmel. Usually it is made to perfection, but today I didn't even taste any Carmel, much less extra Carmel . I was very disappointed & ended up throwing 3/4 of my coffee in the trash. I will try your shop again, but I would hope they would listen & make the coffee the way the customer orders it!!
