Such a sweet southern experience. Hurts my heart the lady that wrote the review of 1 star. This does not sound like this bakery at all! Writing a letter, what is that? Didn't even give the owner 10 days to respond. Seems like a joke to me. We have ordered from this bakery since before they were actually in a store. Everything has ALWAYS been the freshest quality, and been PERFECT, exactly how we ordered it.
The owner and staff have always been amazing! Looks like someone got their feelings hurt because she didn't order the right thing.

Don't waste your money at this Bakery. I had a bad experience with my special ordered cake. They are unprofessional. I ordered a graduation cake for my grandson, and asked for the writing to be in light blue, and to say Class of 2022 - Aodhan. I picked it up and realized when I got to my car it was wrong. They wrote dark Navy Blue writing Congrats Grad. I went back, and girl locked door and left. They were suppose to be open at 8 pm, and girl from Bakery called me at 2 pm, and said I am closing in 30 mins. I told her I was in the middle of my grandson Graduation Dinner, and could not get there till after 3. She said we got family emergency. The cake was dry, and the writing on cake looked like an 8 year old did the writing. I paid $45 for this cake. I called on May 23rd. and talked to manager and she said... the owner will call you. Then I wrote letter on May 25 with picture of the pitful cake, and asked for my money back. The owner did not call me, and today is June 2nd. I posted a review yesterday on her website, and looked to day to see that it had been deleted.
