I ordered a salad loaded with bacon, just how I like it, and it was a nice size. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere had that cozy, rustic charm that I love. We enjoyed everything from the burgers on Texas toast to the amazing fries, and I can't wait to go back!

Just when I thought farmers and merchants was going to become something really special, the open sign never came back on. Apparently, one of the original owners, who owns the building, decided to lock the newest owner out of his own business, leaving it shuttered.
Such a shame, this place was on its way to becoming a regular destination for us, thanks to the newest owner, but now it appears he won't be re-opening in its current location.
