I ordered a long island ice tea (blue). when I got the drink I took a small sip and it was horrible. I let the server (Amber) know immediately I did not want the drink and would rather have a coke instead. The Manager (Autumn) came to the table and told me it is company policy that I must either drink the drink or I can get another alcoholic beverage. We then went back and forth about her forcing me to drink a drink I clearly did not want. I then settled with buying a different drink (rum runner). After the meal I got the bill and the price of the original drink (long island ice tea). was on the bill. I knew it was a difference in the price of the two drinks. I advised the server of the discrepancy. The manager (Autumn) came over again and said I still have to pay the drink price for the original drink (long island ice tea) that I did not drink. Even though the drink I drank was of a lesser price. And she said again it was COMPANY POLICY. I will NEVER eat at another Juicy Crab and will let all of my Friends, Family, and Followers know the customer service at Juicy Crab is the worst I have ever encountered at any restaurant.

Service is SLOW, NO MANAGEMENT IN ORDER, DRINK IS AWFUL 🤪 NOT GOING TO BE IN BUSINESS LONG!
