This morning I called and spoke w/Chris for a taco salad, extra chicken on the side, and would be there to pick my order up in 20 minutes. He said, "perfect and we'll have it ready for you."

I arrived and went to the window to pay, the lady asked my name and repeated my order and it was correct. Went back to my car and a driver in a van pulls up beside me and goes to the order window. He comes to my suv and asks me, "did you have the taco salad?" I replied, "yes." He then asked me to wait just a minute, I need to get your avocadoes for your salad." He told me his name was Christ and asked me mine. He said, "we ran out of avocadoes and I did a quick drive to Restaurant Depot to get them and brought me a container w/my avocadoes.

That's CUSTOMER SERVICE and no wonder this business is so successful.

Each time I have ordered from Taco City (Comstock Street location), I have NEVER been disappointed. Their food presentation is great, your order is correct and delicious!

Also important...the staff is always so courteous, gets your order "right the first time," and their workplace is visible to the customer's eyes...always clean and neat as busy as they are. That's important in these days and times.

Please stop by and make your order...they're THA BOMB!!!
