Hello this is for the owner. My name is Felicia I saw in your establishment on 2/26/2022 @5:55pm my receipt #37.
I ordered a double chesseburger with no tomato and a 2nd burger with extra onions and a three piece fish. I live 20 minutes away and was very excited to eat my burger with extra onions. I cut my burger down the middle started to eat it but didn’t taste any onions. I ate the half only tasting one one onion. I wasn’t satisfied with my orders I paid 40 plus dollars not to have my order right. Christian and Bryson was working this day. I called the store and spoke with Christian I informed him that my burger had a lot of lettuce but no onions and no tomatoes on it. I didn’t want pickles on my burger. He apologized. I asked to speak with a manager he said he had customers and will be right with me instead I got hung up on. I call back 23 times to get through. The it finally rang and I was speaking back with Christian. I ask for the manager again then I started speaking with Bryson. I told Bryson about my order and that I did not have extra onions on my burger. He argued with me that he put a hand full on me burger. I express that he did not and that it was a lot of lettuce old looking lettuce on my burger. This went on for about a two minutes and Bryson hung the phone in my face. I tried calling back and he deliberately not answer the phone. You don’t treat customers like this. He does not have customers service skills. I went back to your establishment to talk with Bryson. He kept me waiting and then finally decided to speak with me. I showed the burger to him it had old lettuce and very little onions. He claims that was extra onions. I told him that it was not. He never offered to remake a burger or half a burger. He only offered an argument with a paying customer. I ask for the person that is over him he told me that they weren’t there. I ask for their name he wouldn’t give it to me. So I ask for the certificates that are supposed to be present in this type of establishment and visible to the public. They were kind of hidden behind the register in a corner. I would for the owner to give me a call please. Bryson does not have customers service skills you should never argue with a customer you should always Diffuse the situation. I would like Kay Yun to give me a contact me this terrible evening for me better.
