Tried to purchase a side order of beans which I had done several times before. Asked for 2 paper cups of beans. Employee said she could not sell me beans in that cup because there was no price for them on the register and was going to give me 2 very small plastic cups. I told her I had ordered and paid for the paper cups less than a week ago. She said there is no price for that item, yet others had priced the item which I purchased and left the store very pleased with the service. Today March 22, 2022 was different story. I told your employee to forget it and left. Recommend you better train your people so that they are all on the same page. I was in the store on date mentioned above at 3:45 pm. Hollister Ca store.
