We had gone there a few months ago. We both ordered a taco salad with extra cheese. We both loved them! My mother's birthday is tommorow l said pick any place you would like to go. She picked the mineshaft so see you there!!!😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Food and service was all excellent!

My wife and I took our son and his girlfriend out to night. First my wife’s drink was only half full. It took an excessive amount of time for our food to come to the table. The chicken Parmesan was floating in water, at least we hope that it was water. 2 of the 4 pieces of country fried chicken was undercooked/raw. Finally the bacon for the bacon cheeseburger came out after the burger was eaten. This maybe understandable if they were busy but they only had about 30% of the seating filled. We should’ve just ordered pizza from Dominos.

Breakfast was terrible. Service was awful. Had to ask another table for their jelly. Ate here about a year ago and had cold greasy fish thought we'd give them another try. Hasn't changed.

Understaffed, sent two of for meals back. I have been going to Mineshaft for 18 years in Hartford and this was by far the worst. Waitress was very good. They could not get food out and we one of the only ones in the place, terrible!!! Sorry , will not be back!

Food is excellent, prices are reasonable and staff is so nice and friendly. great coffee.
