I called Jan 20th to make a BIRTHDAY reservation for 16 people on Feb 11th. I called the day prior to verify, because I also wanna make sure and to see exactly where we'll be sitting...to show up with cake before everyone arrives. They DIDN'T make the reservation at all!!! The MANAGER (a guy) daid he will make it and did. Even asked for my ohine number to send conformation text...NEVER received it. So in 30 min I will be calling AGAIN for a 3rd time to make sure OUR LARGE BIRTHDAY RESERVATION is made. This is asinine! A manager wven failed to be competent. This is a second time this has happened as in another occasion, our ANNIVERSARY with just 2 of us..thankfully it was dead, but Jesus.... fix your incompetents!!
