Antioch Location — I agree with other reviews about the rude and poor customer service at this location since I had a similar experience. The boy at the register was rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. It was evident the moment we entered the restaurant -- he appeared impatient and irate when we started asking questions about the menu because it was our first time at Ramen 101. He also sat us at the very end of the restaurant in a small table when we had a big order and there were no other people dining in there. I asked him to connect two tables so that we'd have adequate space for the food we ordered. He grumpily complied and was pretty much slamming the tables and chair and my mom and daughter said he eveb gave them a nasty look. While we ate, he never came by our table to see if we needed anything and so at one point I went to grab some napkin on the table by the register. He followed me to my table and reprimanded me like a child and lectured me about the "rules" that I should ask not just take. I said "Ok". On our way out, we left quietly as we were extremely unhappy with the service and simply ignored him. He got angry and started yelling sarcastically to us "have a good day" as we exited the restaurant. I went back to ask him why he was yelling. I also asked for his name which he refused to give. This was such an unfortunate incident -- went out to eat with family but this rude boy (or girl, I really cound't tell, just that he's got short curly hair) ruined it for us. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Ramen 101 and we will share this story with our family and friends. This is certainly one of the worst restaurant experience my family and I have ever had!
