Del Primo has become my new favorite restaurant. When you hear the customer service I received, you'll see why.

The chef is obviously super talented. Nobody understands vegetables like s/he does! On Monday, I went to their website and ordered the bone-in pork chop for pick up. I can't remember how the preparation was described, but I remember the vegetable was Brussels sprouts. A few minutes after I placed the order, I got a phone call from the owner. He was calling because they are closed on Mondays. I thought that was very considerate of him to call. I was disappointed to miss out on my pork chop, and told my husband the next time he's going past Del Primo, please get me "the pork chop." Fast forward two days. Tonight my husband called in an order. He looked at the menu and chose the chicken parmigiana. And he ordered, "the pork chop" for me. When he brought the dinner home, it was gorgeous! The pork chop was seasoned and grilled to perfection. Gotta love a chef who can nail an outside sear and internal medium rare. And the vegetables were all amazing... like the kind you write home about! They weren't Brussels sprouts"¦ and "come to think of it" the pork was not bone-in. So, out of curiosity, I went back to the website menu to read the description of the preparation and sides for the pork chop. There was no pork chop on the menu. I suddenly realized that the menu had changed between the Monday I placed the order and the Wednesday my husband called. But not a single staff member blinked an eye or missed a beat. The hostess who took the order could have so easily been flustered, or the chef could have easily said there's no pork chop on the menu. But instead, the team at Del Primo never even let me know pork chops are not in the menu. Instead, they made me a delicious pork meal, which I enjoyed along with the best sangria for miles! Kudos to the Del Primo! I will be back over and over. Thanks for Bringing It to Brookfield!
