Experienced a delay with an online order, despite the expected 8-9am delivery time, leading me to drive to the store where Gina and another staff member, along with manager William, worked diligently to resolve the issue, re-picking my items and providing samples and goodies as a gesture of goodwill, making the situation as smooth as possible despite the technological hiccup.
