We came in on a thursday evening at 830pm. A white couple was in front of us in line. The hostess asked if they had reservations, they said no. She seated them. Asked us if we had reservations, we said no. She stated she did not have a table for us because it was reservations and they closed at 9pm.
I stated that was discriminatory. As I am a man of Hawaiian & Chinese ancestry. The hostess went and talked with an asian lady. She came back & said it will be a few minutes. I looked at the sign for the hours, Thursday they close at 10pm. No were does it say they are reservations only. Its recommended but not required. When we were seated I noticed their was several tables available in the restaurant open, cleaned and ready to be seated.
I would like an explanation, I did not get any apology from any staff for this discriminatory treatment.
