Ordered Cheese bread(that's it). 15 minutes it said it'd be ready at the window. We get at window at said time. Long story short, they lead us on saying it'd be right out, never happened. Instead of 15 minutes, apparently it takes 48+mins to make cheese bread. I say + because I walked out without the bread, so who knows when it was ready. It was just bread, not worth waiting that long. Basically robbed us, time and money, even gave a 4 dollar tip for something that's only 5 bucks. I just wish they were more transparent before taking our money like "I'm extremely sorry we haven't even put it in the oven yet",just something other than it'd be right out, because I would've said forget about it and would try again a different day. Now I don't see us going back. The final straw was seeing them pull out bread off the belt but then continued to work on other orders. It was troubling.
