Really good food

Well reviews don't lie, first off the restaurant is a nice place for a black owned business but needs to be opened up for space. The waitress i
was nice she apologized for the food wait, but the wait is tremendously long at least 1hr and half could be longer one of our guest did not get her food until we were all done and abt to leave. Then on top of that you knw if gravy on a smothered pork chop is not smoking it's cold well your entree will be cold the black eyed peas where delicious. The cute little Patron frozen margarita was good the blackberry. Not a upscale place the service could be better not sure if its due to the restaurant being over whelmed with customers or under staffed. They have a hugh upstairs that's not be utilized for food service. The place is small and lighting is horrible. Enjoy the experience,but don't expect to get waited on right away. All in all it's not what it's hyped up to be. Need a few changes
