This ice cream was the best I’ve ever had in my life 100% would go back and eat more. I would buy the whole menu if I wanted to. This was good

Had a GREAT ice cream cone at Scoops in York SC. Friendly service and when they make your "scoop" of ice cream that make them big. Also a lot of shopping to be had!!!(lovely shops)
