Went in to get about 100 cupcakes, a very young gal, two other ladies were in the store and it took about a minute for the very young gal to attend to us (we were the only customers in the store). Asked to see a menu and the very young gal gave us a card to look online in the store!!! So no menus in the store, no help with anything. Had sent an email about 3 days ago, no reply. Told them, we would look elsewhere. So so disappointing, really kind of angering. Had looked forward to having them help with some creative cupcakes for a fun birthday. Would not recommend them at all, I'm sorry.
