On Sept 4 we went to Willows Awake Winery There we’re about 27 of us And reservations were made about a month earlier Some of us are octogenarians ,and one had recent heart surgery another had a walker
First they had us up a flight of stairs that were impossible for some to use then they ran around and set up picnic t tables out in a pasture with no shade at all It was very very hot we asked if we could drive onto this area for the person with a walker they said no because they had gardens The walking was hard going because of the gravel and grass for a walker
I could go on but basically in my opinion they did not meet the needs of ADA the food was ok but with such high end food I would expect at least some outside shade better walking access and more comfortable seating
This was all brought up to the manager/hostess and her answer that no one told her that there would be some one with a walker Well you do not need to be using a device to have Physical limitation By the way the only way we got ice water was to to ask for it
Some of the tables we were served and the folks finished while the table we wer at did not yet get our meal
I just think they dropped the ball I do not blame the servers as they were hard pressed but it’s poor management and needs to be addressed
On a positive note the music was great but due to the excessive heat we could not stay any longer

Very expensive, very very expensive. $20 for 5 scallops. No bread, no cup of soup, salad was extra and the portion couldn't feed a bunny.
Wait staff was ok.
