I ordered boneless spare ribs (among other things) through Uber Eats. What I received was roast pork slices (a completely different cut of meat) in a brown sauce. Not at all what it was supposed to be.
I tried to call the restaurant to explain the problem and they kept telling me to call Uber Eats. The issue was not with the delivery, it was with the food. The restaurant refused to acknowledge there was a problem on their end, nevermind apologize or try to correct it.
I would not order from them.
