Terrible service. Waited an hour for food. Got the bill and all four tickets were wrong.
So the $2 up charge for onion rings is I guess implied. Waitress ask French fries or onion rings?
I say onion rings and she never mentioned the $2 up charge until I get the bill and ask her. Her reply, “I’m sorry” that’s it. Basically stealing from the customers.
I also had the misfortune of meeting James (an owner with zero customer service skills) I tell the guy he can’t help me and to leave me alone. His response, “I own the place I don’t have to do anything” Well I’ve helped start 2 successful companies and I can assure you I did so without an ego and because I understand good business sense.
So James your restaurant/pub (whatever it’s called for the week) is safe from the likes of the 10 customers you basically blew off tonight because you have an unchecked ego.
Never pays to think because you own something you’re the top. Get a grip on the customer service problems you absolutely have and loose the Johnny cool owner vibe. It’s an old boring look.

nice place i can come and get hammered by the water,,,, very scenic and cool vibes, nice selection of home made booze, ask for Lynn she's a very knowledgeable and also a hottie
