Our food was very reasonable and quite tasty. Max, our server, was the BEST! He had to deal with about 21 senior citizens. He was patient, attentive and on point. We will definitely visit again and again.

The reason for my low-rating is because my online ordering and pickup experience with Ocean One is horrible. Three attempts and three misses. Items missing, orders mixed up with other folks orders which, if you are lucky to catch in time, can be sorted out at the pickup counter. I would recommend dining inside. The prices are great and the food is delicious. But I am giving a one-star because of today's experience, Tuesday, November 9th, 2021. I live in Miami and attempted to call get credit back to my account, but no one answers the phone at the number listed 754-732-1325; you are disconnected after the recorded message. I also e-mailed the manager listed Erik Conway
