I had good Mexican food but I did not had Awesome Mexican food until I stopped by Don Claudio. The best carnitas ever. I have tested literately hundreds of ways carnitas are cooked but none came as soft, buttery and full of flavor as Don Claudio's.
Excellent is the only word in English language that I can find to describe how great the food is.
