I eat here 3-4 days out of the week it's that delicious but my past 2 times of ordering the loaded fries has been awful. My last time I didn't ask for anything but there was hardly any ranch on there and I don't know about y'all but I don't like dry loaded fries but it was no biggie. So this time going through the drive through the worker was you can tell not a happy person. I asked for extra ranch and she repeated my order back to me but didn't say anything about the extra ranch so I confirmed that she told them extra ranch and she said yes but nope didn't happen dry loaded fries. I'm not a complainer but when someone ask for extra ranch please let them have it. I will pay extra that's no big deal. So lunch not happy. I wish I could post a picture. Have of my fries are waisted.
