Horrible disgusting and carpet was so gross never vacuumed

My wife and I wanted a dinner date with friends. After reading the reviews we select Noches De Columbia. We were excited to try this place for the first time.They served us stale(old) chips and guacamole. I ask for a replacement and the waiter return with burnt chips. I did not want to continue the dinner service. I asked for the check and the waiter returned with an attitude and was very rude. Never again. Terrible service.
