new years eve..placed a huge order a day earlier so l would not have to wait. Was a good idea . had to drive to Tillsonburg..WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!!...No gravy for SooGai chicken...so l called and was told you got the chicken ..we will give one dollar credit next visit...Seriously?????...Chicken was dryer than dirt!!! The almond gravy is what makes it taste good! Then we opened the beef and broccoli....What a joke!!! it was broccoli with 6 little pieces of beef.!!!!..all soggy broccoli totally over cooked...mushy!! l should have learned from my last order when the honey garlic ribs were all grizzle in honey garlic flavoured water.....This was once a very great place but the care in customer service and food quality has hit the bottom!!! new years resolution....never recommend this place or eat there ever again!!!!
