It was a wonderful experience. I didn't get a chance to speak to Darren, the chef. Every item was thoughtfully made presented and chosen. I have a shellfish allergy and Darren took great care. But food is incredible, uniquely arranged, and melt in your mouth, an artistry of flavour and masterful presentation. Each bite took me to different places and memories. It is an experience you don't want to miss. Comparing with Japan and other places in the world that we have to eaten, Nupo ranks in the top 3. Moreover, you have sweet, gentle, yet fun staff who took so much care. Thank you Darren and your amazing kitchen and front staff for a most memorable experience! I will be back many times more!
