Until this evening I would say I've had 5/5 with service here. Choosing to spend money these days going out isn't a automatic give in. My mom lives in a retirement home and it gives her a bit of a lift in spirit to go for a beer and a treat. Tonight we were served paper thin overdone to burnt sweet potatoes fries. We tried but the mayo didn't lift this "treat" up at all. With an apology we sent them back and did not want to try again. It was obviously bad when it came to us the first time. Because we didn't take a remake we were charge full price. No attempt at 50% off let alone taking it off our bill. So yes there was no tip for the waitress, usually 20%. I also will not be taking mom back.
