I went here for a Birthday Dinner. And after hearing so many wonderful things about it, we wanted to try it first hand. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess and shown to our seats on the patio. We asked for a bottle of Sparkling Water for the table, as well as one glass of Flat Water.
The Sparkling Water came quickly, though the Flat Water never arrived. Brush that off, we started by ordering a side of Truffle Fries for the table as an appetizer.
There were just three adults in our group. The restaurant was not busy, though it seemed to have a lot of staff, convening around the bar.. talking and hanging out.
The Fries and our beverages arrived quickly, but after that.. it went to radio silence. We could see our server inside of the restaurant, serving other guests, but we were on the patio and quite obviously forgotten about. At the time that our Truffle Fries and drinks were all finished, and without our server ever coming back to check on us again.. I asked a different server if maybe she could help us, to which she replied "of course". She was pleasant, professional and the only reason that we didn't walk out. She took our order, and soon enough.. our entree's began to come to the table. Two of our party had the wings, while I had the Calamari and ordered some flatbread.

By the time all of our dishes were done, at least a decent 10 minutes after.. I still had not received the flatbread that had been ordered at the same time as the other dishes, which were now finished.
And our server hadn't been bye our table in over 15 minutes. So I decided to go to the bar, which I felt like I was interrupting their conversation by doing, but asked if my order was on its way. They asked what I was waiting for, and so I told them.. the flatbread. They told me that they'd check for me.

And so I returned to my seat. A few moments later, a guy from the bar came out and told me that we came during staff shift change over, that our server had gone home, and that things were a little backed up, but my flatbread would be right out.
A few minutes later, the flatbread arrived, and we saw our server "who apparently went home", clearing tables in the dining room. After we finished, we paid the bill and left.

Personally, I won't go back. Some people say that they have had very good experiences there.. so maybe I was just there on an "off day".. But as someone who has worked in the industry for a lot of years, I saw so many avoidable mistakes made.

And while inflation is high, and going out is a treat.. I will be taking my money elsewhere. I wish the owners the best of luck, I honestly do.

But I give the rating that my personal experience would dictate. And for this, I rate it a two star ⭐️ ⭐️ experience.
