We reserved a table for 12 to celebrate a birthday. Food was OK but the have us a new waitress for a large party. When we made the reservation we told them is would be separate bills ahead a time. When it came time for the bills we waited hour an hour and when they came they were all wrong. Waited again another 10 minutes and a manager came over. We told the manager what each couple had and she wrote in down. Waiting about another 2o minutes and the bulls came back with 2 wrong. Told them again what was wrong with the bills manager went back and brought new ones and another manager came as well. Said sorry offered free desserts but he said no and check the bills they were still wrong. They went back again. We waited the proceeded to go where they were trying to fix it. I told mine was still missing a beer order but after an hour I said here my money for this bill and that they could take the hit for the beer missing off the tab. They proceeded to work in the last bill again. After a few minutes I looked at the bill using my head I subtracted what was wrong I the bill and told them the amount that was owing and to I out that in machine now or we would just leave as we didn’t wait to rip them off but it had been well over an hour waiting to pay. Which they did finally. First the manager blamed their computer system they tried to put the new waitress under bus but she was the one we told each of our orders too. That’s manager was snippy and rude talk g to us considering they cause the issue. I would not recommend this a place to eat as the food was so so what Managment does not give a stuff about thier customers. I I could have given zero stars I would have. Do not celebrate thier they will not be able to handle a group setting.
