I have visited the Brownsburg, IN 4 times and 3 of these were bad. First time the meal was great! Fresh salad, juicy, perfectly cooked grilled chicken. Each time I ordered a salad with Macadamia nuts with a white balsamic orange dressing. The second time, I only received one piece of grilled chicken and it was so over cooked and burnt you could not cut it, let alone eat it. Nor did the salad have the macadamia nuts. Third time was in store dining and requested the dressing on the side. Dressing was on the salad and the lettuce was already turning pink from age. The last time I ordered, I received the incorrect salad all together. Each time I reached out to Bru Burger and have yet to receive any type of feedback. Tells me they care nothing about their customers or the service they provide. Consumer beware.
