good food and service

I ordered a pizza from them through Uber eats. The order wasn't place correctly, I tried to call the restaurant but no one replied it. I had to cancel it (5 minutes after ordering) and I was charged for the full amount. Interestingly, because they allowed me to cancel the order, but charged me the full amount without completing the delivery! So, they accepted the cancelation, charged the order and did not deliver it! Easy way of making money. The next day I called the restaurant and tried to discuss the situation, but the person on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. They clearly do not care about costumers satisfaction! I will never order there again and I would never recommend a place like that!
