For the second time in a row, I asked for a mild dish and Neem gave me a heavily spiced dish that I picked up. I had to go back for a new order. Mistakes happen.

The second time the exact same thing happened even though I strongly stressed that the dish must be mild and emphasized that I didn't want the same experience.
This time the owner rudely claimed the dish was mild and then tepidly relented, and the right dish was delivered. They are very incompetent business people who refuse to take responsibility for mistakes. I doubt that they even told the kitchen that the dish was to be mild. To compound the problem, her other excuse is that they are very busy. If I was running the restaurant, I would have offered a credit or a discount on a future meal.

I wil never go back to Neem. They deserve a negative review.
