It was a memorable dining experience. Menu displayed the Executive Chef's talent for use of true culinary techniques. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and actually served with yorkshire pudding! There was veloute sauce on the menu as well (not a common item). This establishment offered great food, extraordinary servers, and the chef visited our table more than once just to talk! Get the creme brulee or lava cake!
