04/30/2022 - Two employees ruined a great spot... permanently!
Unfortunately, this Sacramento location has turned into a complete disappointment!

I typically go about once a month. However, today at 12pm, the two young girls running the store were very rude, passive-aggressive (candidly fake-nice), and dismissive.

I've been going here since opening, and the portions have always been somewhat like what is advertised on the picture"¦

However,

I ordered a large and I could say that it barely qualified as a half the cup! (see picture) I paid $7.50 for a large and they served a portion that barely passes for a small! The two girls told me that the portion size has changed and they weren't allowed to add any more because of new management. Frankly, they couldn't justify why the portion was so small since it could easily fit in a small cup. Furthermore, the advertising is completely false if I'm being served such a smaller portion.

This store used to be good, however, since those two girls who didn't care about doing whats right, patronized me, and refused to honor what is displayed on their signage"¦ I'm officially an angry customer! The staff was entirely unprofessional"¦

I told her I just wanted my money back and they could keep the ice cream"¦ I didn't want it. The girl shrugged it off, proceeded to explain the policy, and then walked away! The older woman working there just kept her head down as if there was nothing she could do either. I felt like they just took my money and there was nothing I could do. Never had that happen to me before"¦

Never coming back again and they lost a very good customer!
