I’m so sorry to say, but a fading beauty of a building, supposed by a very nice wait staff doesn’t make up for disappointing food and VERY SLOW service. In all fairness— quite a few take-out orders of pizza were seen being picked up by customers—so perhaps the pizza is good, but the pasta dish we ordered tasted like bad school cafeteria food. And …since my husband and I have a very generous nature when it comes to giving reviews, this is an indicator of how bad the other food was as well. They do have a nice looking menu, but the appetizer, and two entrees we ordered didn’t match the menu description. All were made with low quality ingredients and poor execution of preparation. For low quality food once it reached the table after a lengthy wait (and multiple reminders by our waitress that they were short staffed AND that the waitresses were having to help prepare the food AND serve it) we were ready to get out of there with haste. I feel bad for the staff, but I didn’t out for a special dinner to be told I was out of luck if I wanted a good experience. For people who have no experience with good quality dining or who have low expectations for a restaurant meal, this place might seem like good food and service—and i don’t want to belittle anyone who finds Jazzy’s to be satisfactory for them. However, if you want better than frozen-TV-dinner-level food this place is not for you. To confirm we weren’t being too picky or over-reacting about our disappointment with the quality of food, we overheard at least three other table groups around us complain about poor food quality and service. I would like to be kind and be able to say good things about this place, but other than the fact we met pleasant staff who seated and served us, the isn’t any.

I love this place! They have the best pizza in Guntersville! Always super nice too.

Met 5 friends at Jazzys at the Grove for lunch
Delicious Food . Everyone enjoyed there food selections. . Several of us had been there a second time that same week. That shows it is worth trying again and again. Staff was excellent and helpful. Food fresh

Could NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY CHARGED A DOLLAR FOR TAP WATER !!!!! Food way overpriced for. quality and quantity . $1.99 for 4 celery sticks- are you kidding me ? Ope it’s true - Pasta dishes are too complicated too many ingredients … .50 for a small container of salad dressing- what !?!?c. The price for the extras that usually come with a meal are changed for at Jazzy’s. Can’t see this place. Being here next year at this time . I know more people that went there once And will never go back one reason is charging a dollar for a glass of Fossett water and the second is the food is unappealing and the service is by far the worst I’ve seen in years plus they Don’t time are the appetizers or salads good for the main course they dump everything on the table at the same time, so unprofessional

Our group of eight women were delighted with the service and delicious food last Thursday evening! We will definitely return and spread the word recommending the new restaurant in Guntersville!!

Have eaten lunch there several times. Food is Excellent! Staff Accommodating. And quite friendly. Menu is incredible! You won’t be disappointed. Please try for yourself!
