First of all I will have to say the food is good for its price and if you eat there. The service for to go orders is absolutely the worst I have ever had. The people are friendly BUT always have an excuse for the delayed or not right orders. I hate giving any place a bad review but I have never had as bad service as this. I gave them three different tries and each time the order was wrong, missing items, or sit on the hotline for so long the food was dry and not put together well. I have waited every time 30 mins longer then what then when I was supposed to be there and had a mid rare steak actually cooked to done. I am guessing cause it sit under the warmer for 30 mins. The food is good if you you eat there but DO NOT order anything for pick up you will be very disappointed

Ordered Prime Rib med well. It was well done, had something that tasted like smoke when you ate it along with some seasoning that was gross. Looked as though it had been browned on the sides. It was NASTY. Fifty dollars later I can home hungry. Overheard the waitress next to us say there was a new cook in kitchen. Waitress next to us need her clothes to fit instead of cutting her into. Does these people and places have no dress code. No respect. No plans to be back again!

I ordered a New York strip that came full of gristle and fat, about half was all that was edible. I told the waitress and all she said was sorry. I didn't ask for anything but you'd think they would want to make it right. The restaurant was nice but for the above reason I would not recommend nor would I want to go back any time soon.
